My name is Uma and Welcome to my new web site! I am excited to offer you authentic, healthy and organic food.

I was born in Thailand, and was exposed from a very young age to one of the best cuisines in the world. I bring you that authentic taste, which typically you can find only in Thailand itself, and in a limited number of places in America. I left Thailand in my twenties and got exposed to the exciting food scene in Europe, and then Southern California. I bring you real authentic Thai and a modern fusion twist.
